You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account.

To help keep Nabori safe and welcoming, we maintain Safety Data.
Safety Data may include chat messages, player reports, moderation actions, account restrictions, ban history, and other information reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and enforce these Terms.
Players can report inappropriate behaviour.
When investigating reports, we may review relevant Safety Data.
Moderation decisions are made fairly and in good faith to protect the community.

Public chat is intended for communication with other players. While we respect your privacy, you should not expect public chat to be private, as it may be reviewed when investigating reports or maintaining the safety of the community.
Some features may require a paid membership.
Memberships provide access to additional game features while the membership is active. Purchasing a membership does not give ownership of any part of the game.
If your account is suspended or permanently banned for violating these Terms, you may lose access to membership benefits without a refund, unless required by applicable law.
You remain responsible for any content you create or share within Nabori.
You keep ownership of your content where applicable.
By sharing content in Nabori, you give us permission to store, display, copy, and use that content only as needed to operate, moderate, improve, and promote the game.
Nabori is an evolving game.
We may add, remove, rebalance, or change features at any time.
Where reasonably necessary, gameplay data, progression, or other game content may be adjusted or reset.
We do our best to keep Nabori online, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally make the game unavailable.
Unless otherwise stated, the game, artwork, music, software, writing, and other original content belong to the developer.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the game except where permitted by law or with our permission.
You may stop playing Nabori at any time.
You may request deletion of your account. Some information may be retained where we have a legal obligation or a legitimate reason to do so, such as preventing fraud, maintaining Safety Data, resolving disputes, or complying with financial recordkeeping requirements.
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms may change as Nabori develops.
If significant changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to inform players.
By continuing to use Nabori after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
